Payment
The e-commerce payment intermediary is Klarna (https://klarna.com). The Klarna Checkout service makes it safe and easy to shop. Online payment options include an invoice, installment payments, online banks, and card payments.
Using the Klarna Checkout service, you agree to the terms and conditions of Klarna AB (556737-0431, Sveavägen 46, 11134 Stockholm), which can be found on the checkout page of the online store.

Shipping and costs
We use several different shipping methods in the online store. Shipping methods and prices may vary depending on the product's weight, quantity, and dimensions. Delivery prices can also be dynamically searched directly from haulers. Not all shipping methods may be available on all products.
At the checkout, you'll see up-to-date information on the delivery price and the delivery methods available for your order. The shipping costs for the selected shipping method are always added to the cart amount. We'll deliver the order using the delivery method of your choice.
Delivery time
The delivery times of the products can be indicated in the product information. We always strive to deliver all orders as quickly as possible, but delivery times may vary by product or delivery method. Possible different delivery times are indicated separately on the online store.
Right of withdrawal
Products ordered online have a 14-day right of withdrawal under the Consumer Protection Act from the date of order unless otherwise stated in the product information.
Before canceling an order, the customer must contact our customer service and inform them of the cancellation and the upcoming return of the products. It is possible to place an order for all products or only some of the products. Returned products must be unused, in their original packaging, and free from defects.
The seller has the right to reduce the value of the product in whole or in part if the products have been used, the original packaging has been lost or the products are otherwise not in the condition in which they were sold to the customer.
Delivery costs will be refunded according to the most favorable delivery method.
The payment will be refunded the same way the order has been paid. For example, the refund amount is credited to the card when paying with a card. If this does not work, another way will be agreed to refund the payment.
